I’m Leila Osman. For five years I’ve run the launches creative teams dream up: rebrands, site builds, trade shows and campaigns. My job is to keep every person, file and deadline moving in the same direction.

I started in-house as the Marketing & Design Specialist at Oracle Hearing Center. From there I spent three years at Rubies II, America’s largest costume company, where I rebranded a $3M+ Amazon Brand Store, launched 75+ campaigns, ran trade shows and relaunched the website.

In 2025 I went independent, taking Zakat Coin, Tech Day of Pink and Heiam Collective from first idea to launch day. I sat between founders, designers and developers, and turned their plans into schedules everyone could follow.

Now I’m looking for a team to join, in creative operations or project management, where the work is turning big ideas into clear plans and seeing them through.

I studied marketing and fine arts, so I can talk timelines with a dev team and type choices with a designer in the same meeting.

One of
the Kind.

Off the clock, I run my own handmade jewelry brand. Every piece is made once, by hand, and the whole business runs on an Airtable system I built for production, inventory and costs.

It’s the same instinct as my day job: make something beautiful, then build the system that keeps it running.

Three habits I bring to every team.

  • Untangle it first.Messy briefs, long email chains and moving dates become one clear plan before anything gets built.
  • Keep everyone talking.I sit between creative, dev and leadership, translating so nobody is left waiting on anybody.
  • Finish it beautifully.Trained in fine arts, I care about the details as much as the deadline, and I don’t trade one for the other.

Let’s build something that runs beautifully.
