From start to finish, I played an integral role in planning our trade show presence, ensuring seamless execution by coordinating with vendors, external talent, and cross-functional teams. By designing and executing a multi-faceted marketing strategy, I secured our spot as the show bag sponsor, developed eye-catching branded bags, reserved premium display space in the Rotunda, and created impactful advertisements for the show directory. This comprehensive approach not only boosted our brand visibility but also elevated attendee engagement, contributing to one of our most successful shows in years. Post-expo feedback confirmed the effectiveness of this campaign, driving stronger customer connections and resulting in increased post-event sales and brand loyalty. On top of that, I got a chance to try my hand as a makeup artist/actress when I transformed into the Wicked Witch and Batgirl—let’s just say, it’s not easy being green!

ECOMMERCE OPTIMIZATION

The existing product listings were inconsistent in both content and design, which made it difficult for customers to get a clear understanding of what they were purchasing. One of my major accomplishments was leading the overhaul of our eCommerce product listings on Amazon. We updated hundreds of listings across both ATF (Asin Traffic Flow) and BTF (Brand Traffic Flow) sections, ensuring each gallery tile was purposeful and aligned with our brand aesthetics. I also completely revamped the brand storefront, allowing us to track foot traffic on popular products and better measure performance. These updates not only improved the shopping experience but also boosted customer confidence, leading to higher conversions and increased sales.Additional projects are available by request.

UX/UI WEBSITE DESIGN

had the opportunity to transform the old company website from outdated and cluttered to clean, modern, and user-friendly. My team and I completely revamped the content and visuals, shifting the focus to make the site a corporate informational hub (click here to view the old website). The redesign included new graphics, copy, product feature carousels, and a “Rubies in Action” page showcasing our products in real-world settings. The result is a visually engaging and seamless experience that allows Rubies.com to truly shine. CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

I led Rubies’ digital transformation with integrated B2C/B2B strategies, driving a 1,400% increase in reach and a 267% boost in engagement across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. By collaborating with influencers, our reach grew by 322% and we increased followers by 6.5% in just 30 days. These creators help amplify our message, and their engaged audiences have significantly contributed to the growth of our own community. By co-creating content and working together on campaigns, including for major retailers, we have expanded our reach and enhanced brand presence.

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

Using the NuORDER wholesale platform, our team curated a range of licensed and non-licensed EZ order email campaigns targeted directly to customers. These campaigns bypassed the traditional salesperson, allowing us to deliver pre-merchandised assortments of trending products. We developed the collections based on bestseller data and current entertainment trends for the most impactful emails. Over the course of a year, we launched more than 75 direct-to-customer campaigns, driving significant B2B revenue. In Q1 of 2024 alone, these campaigns accounted for 25% of revenue from the independent sales channel.

VIDEOGRAPHY

Filming, video editing, photography, strategy

During a lifestyle photoshoot, I had the opportunity to capture behind-the-scenes content that would later be used across various marketing channels. Using my Nikon D3400 DSLR, I filmed and edited a BTS video, and the final video became a key asset, playing at tradeshows, featured on company websites, and distributed as sales material. This behind-the-scenes film not only showcased our products in an engaging way but also played a pivotal role in driving customer interest and amplifying brand presence across multiple platforms.
