I wrote the plan, built the new website and its private silent auction, and took Tech Day of Pink from signed scope to live site in five weeks.

Tech Day of Pink is an annual tech-industry event that gives every dollar it raises to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, $228,659 in 2024 alone. It needed a new website, a way to take donations, and a private silent auction that its team could actually run.
The clock was short: five weeks from signed scope to a live site, with eight separate pieces of work that all had to land together.
I started with a statement of work that split the project into eight workstreams, each with an owner and a week.
Scope, deliverables, owners, and dates agreed in writing, so everyone knew what was due and when.
Reviewed the existing site page by page, noted what to keep and what to cut, and wireframed the new structure.
Rewrote the page copy and set up page titles and descriptions so the site could be found in search.
Built the new site in Squarespace, so the team could update it themselves after launch.
Set up donations and the private silent-auction page, with every bid flowing straight into a Google Sheet.
Tested every page, form, and link on desktop and phone before anything went live.
Walked the team through running the site and the auction, with written guides to keep.
Launched on the date in the SOW.

A new Squarespace site with rewritten copy, search basics in place, and a donate page that shows progress toward the year’s goal. It’s built so the organizers can make changes without a developer.
The live donate page, with the fundraising progress bar I built.
I built a private auction page where guests could browse and bid, with every bid landing in one Google Sheet instead of scattered emails. Then I trained the team and wrote guides so they could run the site and the auction on their own.
The silent auction at the event, run on the page and bid sheet I built.
Beyond the website, I produced the campaign’s Times Square billboard two years in a row, getting the artwork to spec and delivered on time.
